Open the editor and choose Edit. The Layout button in the toolbar opens a panel with three views: Sections, Colors, and Style. The Colors and Style views show a preview of your page at the top. Choose Save in the toolbar to keep your changes. On a page that is not public yet, the button says Save & Publish.
Link layout
The links section has its own switch at its top, with three choices:
- Grid layout shows each link as a card with its picture on top, two cards to a row on wide screens.
- List layout shows each link as a row, with its picture at the left and its title and description beside it.
- Minimal layout shows each link as a short row, with a small picture and the title in the middle.
Sections
Your page is a stack of sections: Socials, Links, Posts, GitHub, Instagram, YouTube, Dribbble, Map, and Contact.
- Add section, under your page in Edit, lists the sections your page does not show yet. The contact form needs pageo Pro.
- The Sections view in the Layout panel lists the sections your page shows. Drag a row to change the order.
Colors
The Colors view sets two things:
- Background is the color of the page behind your card: Default, Emerald, Zinc, Blue, Violet, Rose, Amber, Teal, or Slate. With pageo Pro, Image puts a photo behind your card instead. Darken makes the photo 20, 40, or 60 percent darker, so your card stands out.
- Card is the color of the card that holds your page: White, Mist, Stone, Butter, Peach, Blush, Lavender, Sky, Mint, Charcoal, or Night. Opacity sets how much of the background shows through, from 100 to 60 percent. A new page starts with a white card at 90 percent.
Charcoal and Night are dark cards. The text and the icons on them turn light.
Style
The Style view sets the look of your text and buttons:
- Font picks the type on your page: Inter, Geist, DM Serif, Grotesk, Fraunces, or Mono.
- Accent colors your buttons and the pin on your primary link: Default, Blue, Violet, Rose, Pink, Orange, Amber, Green, Teal, or Sky.
- Link style sets how your links look: Soft, Outline, or Filled. Filled links take the accent color.
- Background motion adds a slow moving layer over the page background: Drift, Glow, or Grain. It needs pageo Pro, and it stops for visitors who turn off motion on their device.
When Pro ends
The background image and the background motion are pageo Pro. When Pro ends, your page shows without them. Every other setting on this page is free.
