pageo gives you one page at pageo.me/yourusername with your links, your work, and a way for people to reach you. This guide takes you from sign-up to a public page.

1Create your account

  1. Go to pageo.me.
  2. Sign up with Google, or with your email and a password.
  3. If you use email, open the confirmation link we send you. The link expires in 1 hour.

2Claim your username

Your username is the address of your page. It uses 4 to 30 letters and numbers, and pageo saves it in lowercase. Some names are reserved for pageo's own pages, such as pricing or blog.

You can change your username later in Settings. Your old address stops working when you change it.

3Build your page

The editor opens at Profile in your admin.

  1. Edit turns on editing. Change your name, role, photo, cover, and bio. The bio takes markdown.
  2. Social links are the icon row under your bio. A page holds up to 12.
  3. Grid links are the larger cards. Add as many as you need, and pin one to lead. See Links and social icons.
  4. Layout sets your page color, your card color, and the order of your sections. Under Style, pick a font pair, an accent color, and how your links look. pageo Pro adds a moving background. The switch at the top of the links section picks grid, list, or minimal. See Layout and style.
  5. Save & Publish keeps your changes and makes the page public. Once the page is public, the button says Save. Unsaved changes stay in your browser, so a reload does not lose them.

Settings, then Integrations connects Instagram, YouTube, and Dribbble. Settings, then Page adds a map of your city under Location.

GitHub sync, under Account in the sidebar, keeps your page in a pageo.json file on GitHub. It is separate from the GitHub contributions section, which you add in the editor.

4Make it public

A new page is private. There are two ways to make it public:

  • Press Save & Publish in the editor toolbar.
  • In the sidebar, under Status, switch it to Public.

Your page is then live at pageo.me/yourusername, and the share button copies the link.

5Tell an AI about you

Every public page also has a Markdown version at pageo.me/yourusername.md. It lists your name, role, bio, links, and how to reach you, in a form that AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT read easily. Give the link to an assistant and ask it about you. The share button in your admin copies it under AI link.

An AI assistant reads your page from its Markdown version

The file shows only what your page shows. A hidden section is not in it, and a page with a content warning has no file. On a custom domain, the file is at yourdomain.com/index.md.
