pageo can send each new subscriber to your newsletter tool. It works with Kit, Mailchimp, and beehiiv. Email tools are part of pageo Pro.
Connect a tool
- In your pageo admin, open Settings, then Automations in the settings sidebar.
- Under Email tools, click Connect next to Kit, Mailchimp, or beehiiv.
- Paste an API key from the tool and click Load.
- Pick where new subscribers go, then click Save.

A Mailchimp key ends with your data center, such as -us21. Copy the whole key.
pageo checks the key with the tool before it saves it, and stores it encrypted. To change the list, click Edit, paste the key again, and load the lists.
What gets sent
pageo sends a subscriber when they confirm their email on your page:
- Kit: the email and first name. pageo creates the subscriber, then adds them to the form you picked.
- Mailchimp: the email and first name (
FNAME). The subscriber joins the audience as subscribed. Someone already in the audience is updated, not added twice. - beehiiv: the email, with
utm_sourceset topageo. beehiiv sends its welcome email. pageo turns off beehiiv's double opt-in for these subscribers, because they already confirmed their email with pageo.
Subscribers stay in your pageo subscriber list too.
Send your existing subscribers
Click Sync existing to send your current subscribers once, up to 2,000. People who unsubscribed on pageo are not sent. You can do this 3 times an hour.
When a sync fails
The card shows how many subscribers went through and the last error, such as a rejected key or a deleted form. Fix the cause, then click Edit to save the connection again. Subscribers who joined while the sync failed are not sent again automatically. Use Sync existing to catch up.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect. pageo stops sending subscribers and deletes the saved key. Subscribers already sent stay in the tool. If your Pro plan ends, pageo stops sending until you upgrade again.
For other tools, use a webhook with Zapier, Make, or n8n.
